How it works

We have a proven process for creating software just for you:

STAGE 1: PLANNING
During this stage, your J-Media Business Consultant will work with you over a series of planning workshops to define your exact requirements. You don't have to worry about trying to write a specification. We'll do all the hard work for you.

STAGE 2: DEVELOPMENT
Once we've agreed the specification and cost for your software, we'll develop it for you. You'll be assigned a team of J-Media Developers to work on your project. These are the same people responsible for our exceptional CMAP and Octane products, so you know you're in good hands! You'll be fully involved in the development process and you'll be able to see and test your software as it takes shape.

STAGE 3: ACCEPTANCE TESTING
Once development has been completed, we'll work with you to run through everything in detail to ensure what we've developed matches the agreed specification so that you can sign it off.

STAGE 4: LAUNCH
Once your software has been signed off, all that remains is to launch it! We can help you with both the technical and user aspects of launching your new software, including installation, internal launch marketing and user training.
