What are Enquiries?
Enquiries are early-stage sales leads. This could include a RFI, an enquiry from your website or a referral from a friend over dinner.
The point is to be able to quickly capture some basic information so that you don't forget about it!
You can then set about qualifying it and turning into a fully-fledged potential project.
What are Potentials?
Potentials, or Potential Projects, are sales leads that are fully qualified and are developing nicely.
Typically, you'll have more information about it than you did at the enquiry stage and you'll have qualfied it as a real project with a real budget.
Whereas Enquiries are early-stage leads that might not develop, Potentials are real and they are part of your pipeline.
